East Durham Area Action Partnership would like to invite you to a ‘Talking Dementia’ conference.
This is to be held Monday 7th November at 11.00 at The Glebe Centre, Durham Place, Murton, Seaham, SR7 9BX
This has been organised to discuss and breakdown barriers associated with dementia but also include information on all health aspects and voting on East Durham AAP’s priorities for 2017/18.
We will be having a play ‘Jack and Jill & The Red Postbox’ as it is a sensitive, humorous and challenging multimedia and physical theatre performance, with original music and projection. This play invites us to follow the considerable changes in the lives of Jack and Jill, and their children Lucy and Peter, due to a diagnosis of dementia. We will also have a market place of information, key speakers and lunch is provided.
We are anticipating a high turnout so an early response would be appreciated. Please contact East Durham AAP office to book your place on
Or telephone a member of the East Durham AAP team on 03000 262054
